After getting engaged back in July, Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo are officially married.
Their ceremony took place at John Brown University in Arkansas on Saturday. In typical Duggar fashion, the couple said their views in front of 1,000 of their closest friends and family.
The entire wedding was a family affair with Jessa as the maid of honor, Jeremy’s brother as the best man, and Jeremy’s dad, Chuck, as the officiant.
Even disgraced older brother Josh was in attendance despite divorce rumors between he and Anna.
Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar posted a video of well-wishes for the Jinger and Jeremy calling them a “match made in heaven.”
“YES! We are married!” the couple announced on their website. “We are so thankful to God, our parents and our wonderful families and friends for celebrating this day with us and for helping us arrive at this moment in time. We love that we now are beginning our lives together as one, before God.”
Jinger and Jeremy began courting back in June and surprised many of us when they announced their engagement just one month later.
Now that they are husband and wife, the newlyweds are planning an elaborate honeymoon half-way around the world.
“We plan to get away for a couple of days alone together and then will be leaving the country for an amazing trip to New Zealand and Australia,” the couple said. “We are so excited and so thankful for this amazing trip to start our marriage together. Most of all, we are just excited that we will be together … married!”
Let’s see… they began courting in June, got engaged in July, and walked down the aisle in November. Any bets on when their first baby will arrive? I’m putting my money on nine months from now!
