Teen Mom OG preview videos for Maci, Amber, Farrah & Catelynn

Debra Danielsen Sophia colonoscopy quote

Teen Mom OG Season 6 kicked off last last with two dramatic hours of premieregery, and of course that only left fans thirsty for more! Thankfully, MTV is continuing their habit of posting preview clips for the next episode for each of the moms, and we’re continuing our habit of sharing them all with you!

So, keep your seatbelts buckles and let’s keep this ride goin’!!

FARRAH ABRAHAM

Farrah prepares for an uncomfortable procedure
Debra shares some words of wisdom about Farrah’s upcoming procedure.

Farrah reinvigorates her “Backdoor Teen Mom” moniker as mom Debra helps her prepare for a colonoscopy by bringing a colonoscopy care cooler with Gatorade and Jello. Farrah insists the items are unnecessary by pointing out that she already has preparation instructions, which are mainly to just drink water and remain hydrated.

Debra then unleashes a buttload of TMI about her previous experiences so that Farrah, viewers, and Sophia can learn from them. “When I went in to do my colonoscopy twice, it starts out pretty good,” Debra says. “Like, the first four hours you don’t think too much, you just got to got to the bathroom. But, after that, it’s like your ass explodes and you cannot control anything.”

Imagining Debra’s ass exploding is a wonderful and unexpected treat, but I think my favorite thing about the clip are all of Farrah’s facial expressions!

I can only hope that Farrah is looking to follow in Kim Kardashian’s footsteps again with her own Farrahmoji app. (Which, of course, would have LOTS of cryface options!)

CATELYNN LOWELL

Tyler’s internal struggle with Carly’s parents
Tyler and Catelynn hit a bump in the road in their relationship with Brandon and Teresa.

The tensions continue between Catelynn and Tyler and the adoptive parents of their daughter Carly. You might recall from previous seasons that Brandon and Teresa have been very restrictive about what they allow Tyler and Catelynn to say and post about Carly publicly — especially in regards to photos.

“It just doesn’t make any sense to me to be told what to say and what not to say,” says Tyler as Catelynn changes Nova’s diaper. “I don’t want to live my life like that! I can’t!”

Tyler continues: “If they say ‘We don’t want you talking about the adoption at all on TV,’ Ohohohoh, then we’re going to have lots of issues. That’s all I’m saying.”

An MTV producer responds with a question to clarify Tyler’s comment. “Is what you’re saying that if they tell you that you can’t talk about the adoption on TV that you would still do it and risk the relationship with Carly?”

“Absolutely. Yes.” says Tyler.

“Why, though?” Catelynn asks. “Because it’s going to take me from it too.”

“Then I’ll just — oh my god,” Tyler says, seemingly at a loss for words.

Catelynn continues: “What is your reasoning why?”

“My reasoning is because I have sacrificed enough for you to have a family and that’s fine…I’ve come to terms with that and all that’s great. But, I will not sacrifice my voice and what I think and what I can and cannot talk about on my daily life and my personal life — cameras or not cameras.”

“In cases like this you can’t be selfish,” Catelynn argues.

“I’m not being selfish,” Tyler insists with his arms crossed.

MACI BOOKOUT

Maci shares her pregnancy news with Ryan
Ryan and his family react to the news that Maci is going to have another baby.

Just as the description says, Maci lets Ryan and his family know that she is pregnant, and of course Ryan had a wonderfully Ryany response: “Dang, I thought you was gettin’ fat! I didn’t wanna say anything.”

“I thought I was too,” Maci laughs before revealing she is due May 30th. (Little Maverick actually arrived one day late on May 31.)

“Yeah, so you’ll have three kids and you’ll still look good,” Ryan says.

“Yeah,” says Maci, “and I can be, like, 45 and they’ll all be grown and out of the house.”

Ryan’s dad’s reaction is instant as he glances at Ryan: “Eeeeeeeasy! Easy how you say that ‘out of the house!'”

Ryan laughs. “Yeah, hopefully they will be out of your house.”

Ryan’s mom jokes that she is going to send Ryan to live with Maci, and Bentley jumps right in with a question for his potential new roommate: “Can you bring your LEGOs?”

AMBER PORTWOOD

Amber starts to meet Matt’s family
Matt begins to introduce Amber to his family

It seemed very clear from the premiere episodes that this season of Teen Mom OG is going to focus heavily on the past of Amber Portwood’s fiance Matthew Baier, with his story line spilling over to the other moms (and other Teen Mom franchises) courtesy of his Twitter flirting with Farrah Abraham and Jenelle Evans prior to meeting Amber. In this preview clip, Amber and viewers get to actually meet one of Matt’s family members, albeit just a cousin.

There’s not really anything much to recap from this clip. Matt’s cousin Michael seems like a really intelligent and great guy, and he has nothing but positive things to say about growing up with Matt. It’s clear they haven’t talked in a long time, and Amber expresses her concerns about not meeting a lot of Matt’s friends and family. That’s pretty much it.

Speaking of Matt’s friends and family, MTV also shared a deleted scene from one of last night’s episodes in which Matt’s friend Jeff recounts the time he kicked Matt out of his house:

Amber says in the clip that Jeff’s story “verifies” it for her that Matt really did have a drug addiction problem, which is yet another thing about Matt that has been called into question by people from his past who have spoken out online. As for me, “Jeff’s story” (which seemed a little more like “Matt’s story” after he interrupted Jeff) was anything but verification.

Pretty much every woman from Matt’s past has stated that he was a bit of a con man who couch surfed constantly, sticking around until he eventually wore out his welcome — and that’s exactly what it sounded like when Jeff started his story. When asked why he kicked Matt out, Jeff shuffles uncomfortably and says: “I’m not sure exactly why. I just wanted him out of my house.”

That’s when Matt interrupts: “He said the words ‘I don’t want you to — I don’t want to see you die on my couch. You need to get out.'” Matt’s angle is that he was strung out and Jeff kicked him out as a wake up call. (Something tells me this is going to be a crazy season for Matt and Amber.)

The new episode of Teen Mom OG airs on a special day and time this week as a lead-in to the MTV Video Music Awards at 8/7c on Sunday.
