During Farrah Abraham’s appearance at the MTV Movie Awards, the Teen Mom OG star chatted about a big move to the big city and her daughter Sophia’s growing fashion empire.
In addition, Farrah wished fellow OG star Catelynn Lowell well and clarified her current relationship status with Simon Saran.
On her move to Los Angeles from Austin:
“I’m moving hopefully Monday. I just passed the house on the way here because it’s by the studio so I’m like, I made the right choice. I really felt like for my personal life – to see my daughter happy at the beach and we can do so many other things while we’re here, so to be closer to the beach is a big deal for us right now.”
On Sophia’s fashion career:
“What I’m most proud of is Sophia is really into fashion. She’s opening up her own Sophia Laurent boutique store in Austin, Texas. She’s mentioned in New York Fashion Week. She’s in children model magazines. I’m so proud of Sophia and that doesn’t even really impact her real life. She’s just been so successful on her own so that’s just awesome to me.”
On Catelynn Lowell seeking professional help for mental health issues:
“That is such a good thing to do. As we all know, mothers need to take time out for them and wherever they are it’s good to be healthy mentally, physically and soulfully so that’s good.”
Speaking of Catelynn, Tyler Baltierra shared an adorable pic of he and daughter Novalee Saturday as they readied to fly out to Arizona and take her home. He wrote, “Me & Tootie are off to Arizona to go get @catelynnmtv I can’t wait to come home with my wife & my whole family together again. This past month has been a little rough by myself, but nothing I wouldn’t do all over again for my family. Cate’s health, safety & security, has & always will be my main priority. I love you Babe & can’t wait to kiss your face & hold you in my arms again!”
Farrah insisted that she and Saran are friends, adding:
“I mean right now we are under Dr. Jenn’s orders. Dr. Jenn is our therapist. Really just take it one day at a time right now. We are doing therapy on our own right now. You’ll probably see that on the upcoming season of Teen Mom OG.”
