Our IT staff is entirely off-site, so all the coworkers seem to think that "webmaster" means I can construct a computer out of a cardboard box and a pair of tweezers in a dark room. Fortunately, most of their questions are pretty easily solvable by anyone who's regularly used a computer for more than a month or so. Oddly, they've all used computers regularly, but haven't a clue how to do ANYTHING beyond basic word processing. One last week even was baffled as to how to save a file in Word after the IT guy gave him a new computer without the little happy face icon he'd been using on his old one. ?????????
