Can you believe it has been SIX YEARS since Teen Mom 2 stars Corey Simms and Leah Messer welcomed their twin daughters, Aliannah and Aleeah?! Proud mom Leah took to Facebook to wish Ali and Aleeah a happy birthday with this heartfelt and loving message:

Mommy will never forget that feeling when Dr. Hunter placed you on me at 8:09 and 8:10 NOW 6 years ago. My heart for the first time skipped a beat and I knew what true love really was at that very moment! I’m so blessed to call you both my daughters. You make mommy proud each and every day !

MTV did a post about Leah’s letter. They also dusted off the emotional clip from Leah’s episode of 16 & Pregnant that included Ali and Aleeah’s birth — and then Leah having to leave the hospital without her daughters:
