The kiddos are anxiously anticipating costumes and candy, which means it’s the time of year when little boys and ghouls get hustled out to the local pumpkin patch for the perfect photo opportunity.
The stars of Teen Mom OG and Teen Mom 2 have been doing just that, so we thought we’d gather some of the pumpkin spice cuteness and put it together here for ya!
