Yolanda Foster leaking silicone breast implants removed

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Foster has beenbattling chronic Lyme disease very publicly over the last few years, but a recent discovery and treatment has her “feeling a lot better.” That discovery? A “20 year old implant rupture” of one of Yolanda’s silicone breast implants–and the treatment was having both implants removed.

Yolanda broke the news herself on Instagram by posting the photo above and writing the following caption:

❤️Turn a mess into a message……. We might have hit the jackpot by finding all this silicone from a 20 year old implant rupture through ultrasound mapping as shown in this selfie. Thank you Dr.Feng for holding my hand and leading the way #UncoveringTheMystery #ChronicLymeDisease #ExPlantSurgery @FengClinic #MyHealthJourney #DeterminedToFindACure

A TMZ source revealed that Yolanda had both implants removed and the site reports that the procedure “changed her life” and Yolanda “is already feeling a lot better.”

This is all wonderful news, and we’re ecstatic for the possibility that Yolanda’s VERY difficult journey may have been made a little easier. We applaud her for being so open, and for sharing her experience with the public in order to raise awareness about Lyme disease. As an example of openness, and as an illustration of the difficult time Yolanda has had, here are two photos she posted from a couple of months ago:
