Jared Fogle arrested home

Subway spokesman Jared Fogle’s Zionsville, Indiana home was raided earlier today by federal agents as part of a child pornography investigation.

According to Fox 59, investigators from both the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Indiana State Police began the raid at approximately 6:30 AM Tuesday. FBI officials spoke with the station and confirmed that “state and federal investigators were serving warrants at Fogle’s Zionsville home in connection with a child pornography investigation.” An evidence truck was parked in the driveway, and Fogle was seen entering his home with a federal agent.

According to WTHR, agents from the Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force were in the residence along with investigators. They report that the raid was in connection with the investigation that led to the April arrest of Russell Taylor, the former director of the Fogle’s Jared Foundation. At the time of his arrest, Taylor was charged with child exploitation, possession of child pornography, and voyeurism. He attempted to commit suicide while in custody.

Here is raw footage of Jared leaving the forensic van, where he was being detained as agents first searched his home, and entering the house:

According to multiple reports, Fogle’s family left the scene soon after investigators arrived. In addition to Russell Taylor’s arrest, Jared’s name was previously been linked to pornography when VH1 revealed that he allegedly ran an adult video business out of his college dorm room:

According to our source, while studying at Indiana University, Fogle ran a very successful p0rnography rental company out of his bedroom. His p0rn collection was vast and extensive, and Fogle took his business pretty seriously. A video would run a patron a dollar a day (cheap!), and people would come from all over to take advantage of the deal. Needless to say, Jared had enough p0rn to keep his customers happy.

UPDATE – Jared Fogle is reportedly not under arrest and has not been charged:
