Is there anything Jennifer Lawrence can’t do? The Oscar-winner now has a Top 40 hit song in the U.K., thanks to her vocal work on The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 1‘s official score.

According to BBC, The Hanging Tree was the No. 29 song in the country, based on mid-week sales. The haunting tune beings with a solo by Jennifer before an orchestra and choir joins. The lyrics were written by The Hunger Games‘ author, Suzanne Collins. It was composed by James Newton and The Lumineers. Listen to The Hanging Tree here…

Although the song has clearly been well-received by listeners, director Francis Lawrence said Jennifer was terrified to actually sing it.

“I knew she didn’t love the idea of singing, but I didn’t realize how nervous she was until when we started the first take, and she was in tears. Not totally broken down, but she was unhappy,” he told Vulture. “She would have much rather we used somebody else’s voice. I think she said she wanted Lorde [who sings the movie’s theme song] to do it!”

Jennifer’s character, Katniss, sings the song during the new movie and it’s played again during the end credits. It is not featured in The Hunger Games official soundtrack.
