Here Comes Honey Boo Boo‘s Mama June and Sugar Bear are no longer shack ’em up mates.
“Sugar Bear and I have decided to take some time apart to figure out some things in our relationship,” June Shannon told TMZ. “We are taking things day by day but regardless of what happens the girls will always be our #1 priority. We want to thank ya’ll for your support.”
Mama June was reportedly the one who called it quits after she caught Sugar Bear searching for other ladies on dating websites — including Plenty of Fish, where he allegedly still has an active profile under the username “Georgiafighter31054.” That user describes his intent as wanting to have fun, hang out and possibly establish a relationship. According to sources, Mama June plans to move closer to her own family after the current round of filming for Here Comes Honey Boo Boo completes.
Mama June and Sugar Bear memorably had a camo-themed commitment ceremony in 2013, but never married. Still, a split is bound to be slightly complicated when a child is involved.
