Jersey Shore‘s Ronnie Magro and Sammi Giancola have ended their summer romance — five years after it started.
“We were drifting apart and not really spending any time together,” Ronnie told People at the premiere of friend JWoww’s movie, Jersey Shore Massacre. “She’s a great girl, but we were growing distant. It was for the best.”
Ronnie said he and Sammi, who broke up a handful of times during Jersey Shore‘s run, decided to end their relationship for good two months ago. He said he still cares for “Sammi Sweetheart” and isn’t ready to date again.
Sammi hasn’t addressed the split yet. She seems to be occupying herself with her online retail store, Sweetheart Styles.
