In case you had any doubts about actress Maisie Williams being born to play the role of hard luck tomboy Winterfellian Arya Stark on HBO’s Game of Thrones, then this throwback photo of Maisie as young child will all but erase them completely!
The British actress posted the photo above on instagram and captioned it simply with a series of completely accurate hashtags: “#swag #baller #bitchez #paper”
Wikipedia says Maisie was born in Bristol, daughter of a former university course administrator — but looking at that portrait I can’t imagine she wasn’t actually born in the harsh northern lands of Westeros, daughter of Catelyn and Eddard Stark of Winterfell!

By the way, I’ve got my money on Arya sitting astride the Iron Throne when all the dust (and ash — thank you Daenerys) settles! Of course, knowing George R. R. Martin, she could trip and fall off a cliff next week, so I don’t have a great deal of money on her. 😉
