Crystal Metheney, 36, was arrested back in May in Polk County and charged with WEAPON OFFENSE-MISSILE INTO DWELLING VEH BUILDING – SHOOTING INTO AN OCCUPIED VEHICLE.
In all fairness to Crystal Metheney, the statute listed covers anyone who “throws any missile or hurls or projects a stone or other hard substance which would produce death or great bodily harm” so Crystal Metheney more than likely didn’t unleash a military sidewinder at anyone’s ride.
It turns out that this wasn’t Crystal Metheney’s only arrest on record in Polk as she had a prior for possession of an illegal substance. Now I know what you’re thinking but it turns out that the 2012 arrest for Crystal Metheney was for marijuana.
