Another New Kid is set to be taken off the block!
During Jenny McCarthy’s appearance on The View this morning she managed to make news about something other than her view on vaccinations as she revealed she is engaged to Donnie Wahlberg!
Jenny said, “I just got engaged!” as she unveiled her hidden hand from behind a desk. She proceeded to jump around the set in excitement also saying about her massive new bling, “It’s a yellow sapphire.”
Donnie was on hand and came on to the set to kiss his new fiancée as she cried talking about the proposal.
McCarthy revealed that her son Evan assisted with the proposition and that Wahlberg got down on one knee to ask that most important of questions. When asked, she said they have not set a date yet for the wedding.
Jenny, 41, and Donnie, 44, started dating last summer. This will be the second marriage for both as McCarthy was married to John Asher – with whom she had Evan while Wahlberg has two sons from his 9-year marriage to Kim Fey.
