Michael Lohan and his girlfriend Kate Major had another fight in Florida which has resulted in the arrest of the latter.
Michael told TMZ that the two got into an argument and that Kate, the mother of his 6th child, slapped him multiple times in the face.
Radar reported that Major arrived home early last night under the influence and passed out in the couple’s bedroom for around 30 minutes. When she awoke is when the argument ignited. They noted that Lohan was said to have been taking care of their son Landon in the Boca Raton home during this domestic dispute.
She tried to drive away and Lohan called 911 to report her driving under the influence. She didn’t get far as she crashed into some bushes near the home. The responding police are said to have performed a breathalyzer on Major, which she failed.
According to booking information from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, Major was arrested and booked on charges of “Battery – Touch or Strike,” “Probation Violation” and “DUI-UNLAW BLD ALCH – DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS.”
She’s set to face a judge at 9:00 AM EST.
