Tonight’s episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County revealed that Tamra Barney’s son Ryan Vieth chose to go to jail for 5 days instead of 5days of community service! (While researching the story I ran across at least two other males associated with the show that have spent time in jail since the show started. Gretchen would have gone to jail as well, except for some reason it’s completely legal to fame monger and sugar daddyize in California.)
I cranked up the ol’ starcasm dirt finderizer and I turned up ol’ Ryan’s laundry list of traffic violations. I wouldn’t normally support the notion of someone having to serve jail time for traffic violations but this dude has racked up over 20 traffic violations and he’s only in his early 20s! (Maybe he’s trying to “shoot his age?”) Driving on a suspended license was just the latest.

Now, as for going to jail, based on this from deathby1000papercuts.com it sounds like he may have went with community service after all, but that jail may still be a possibility:
Ryan was sentenced to 3 years probation, a $300 fine, and 5 days of community service in lieu of 5 days in jail. On October 19, 2009, the Superior Court of California Orange County held a Probation Violation Arraignment, meaning Ryan was charged with violating the “terms” of his parole.

This guy, Ryan is a looser. He thinks he is something else. Well, his record shows, as well as his attitude, comments, lack of goals, skills or achievements, that he is just a bad example. He strikes me as a parasite. Maybe he inherited the “not very smart genes” from his mother, not putting money aside?? Instead of being so concerned about changing her implants every now and then, this woman should have saved a little or promoted some product, like some of the others did. Anyway, a guy like Ryan is an embarrassment for the United States, he shows the trashy, rotten side of the nation. Too much freedom and a lack of moral ends up with this, a bad example, a low life. He even lives out of Simon’s money and instead of thanking him, he steals his car, writes crap about him on his facebook and acts like nothing happened. The work of lazy parenting, bad genes and a meaningless life. Just one word to describe him: useless.
