When the $6.5 million mansion seen in exterior shots on Keeping up With the Kardashians went on sale this week it was revealed that the Kardashian/Jenner clan don’t actually on the house! What’s going on here?
It turns out that while the interior shots of the family in their houses are the real deal, the exterior shots are of other properties, for security reasons according to Kim Kardashian. “My old home in Beverly Hills was really my home & I would get people showing up at all hours ringing my gate & had to call the police on several occasions,” Kim explained on Twitter. “People hoping the gate & scaring me. It was so unsafe. The hollywood star tours would stop by too, bc they recognized my home from our show.”
The real Kardashian/Jenner abode is located in Hidden Hills, and while is a little less “TV ready,” it’s still an incredibly fancy home. Kris and Bruce Jenner bought their home 2010 for $4 million. Of course, now that they’re separated Bruce is living at their Malibu house.
