The Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Barney is currently on vacation and was headed out to do some RHOC filming at the hotel wearing a Maaji Swimwear two-piece this morning when she decided to share a bikini selfie with her followers on Facebook. Tamra posted the photo above and wrote, “Thank you @marysolpatton for the adorable @maajiswimwear.”
The photo drew a lot of compliments, as well as some jokes about Tamra’s unstrapped shoes and rather untidy hotel room. But, as most everybody knows, celebrity bikini pics are like flames which internet hater moths are inexorably drawn to, and Tamra’s photo was no exception.
Tamra, who responded to numerous comments about the photo, seemed to take particular exception to this rather simple and straight-forward criticism:

Tamra’s response sparked quite a debate about whether it was justified turning the tables on a hater — or in other words, living out the mantra: “I’m rubber you’re glue, your words bounce off me and stick to you.” Tamra even participated in the debate a bit:
