19-year-old model Kylie Bisutti of Simi Valley, California beat out Jamie Lee Darley to become the newest Victoria’s Secret Angel. Kylie earned her wings during Tuesday night’s broadcast of the 2009 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show after winning the hearts of voters in the Victoria’s Secret Runway Angel competition.
