Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama have been on a romance roller coaster ever since 2010. Now on-again, the pair seems to be better than ever — and there are even rumors that wedding bells are in the near future.
Demi contributed to some of that buzz this week by posting a picture with a band on her left ring finger.

She followed up the next day with an effusive birthday note to Wilmer, who turned 34 on Thursday.
“To the funniest, most inspiring, incredible man I know,” Demi said in an extended Twitter message. “Thank you for helping me get through my darkest moments.. You truly are a light to this world and to my life.. Happy Birthday!!!”
Wilmer responded, “Who needs presents when the gift of you is real to us all.. Thank you for the blessing of knowing you.”
Between the ring and the public display of affection, fans wondered whether Wilmer proposed. Demi’s reps quickly squashed those rumors by telling Us Weekly the band is not an engagement ring. For now…
