Last night was the Mob Wives: New Blood premiere on VH1 and the ladies all got together for a premiere viewing party at the Greenhouse nightclub in Manhattan. As you might imagine, mixing the ladies of Mob Wives with booze and on-screen drama was a recipe for disaster, and disaster came in the form of a reported brutal catfight between new cast member Natalie Guercio (seen above at the event) and an as-yet-unnamed female attendee.
According to The New York Post‘s Page Six, the unnamed woman’s cousin, Alexis Crinion, was trying to break up the scuffle when Guercio broke a bottle containing liquor over her (Crinion’s) head! Talk about your “new blood!”

(It’s unclear what type of booze bottle was used as a weapon, but since Zaperrazzi Vodka did sponsor the event, they should have been Natalie’s first choice — if she had an option.)
A police source tells Page Six that Crinion was later rushed to a nearby hospital where she received seven stitches for her head wound. Police are investigating the incident, but so far Crinion has reportedly not pressed charges. After all, you can’t get in a Mob Wives cat fight and then turn snitch, right?
Natalie hasn’t revealed too much about the incident, but she did respond on Twitter to someone asking her is she was drunk at the time:

Lost in the shuffle amidst the bottle-bashing brouhaha is Natalie Guercio’s badass black lace outfit with bright blood-red knee-high stiletto-heeled kitshicker boots!
It doesn’t take a lot of street smarts to know that if you’re in a club you DO NOT start anything with her!
