Winter is coming. And as such, Christmas is coming! So what better gift could there be for the Game of Thrones fan on your Christmas list than one of the new figures from Funko, the company that has famously been turning George R. R. Martin’s epic fantasy tale of death, backstabbing and the brutality of human nature into adorable little plastic toys?!?
After much anticipation, the company has finally released photos of the brand new Game of Thrones Series 3 POP! Vinyls that includes lil cutesy versions of Brienne of Tarth, Tywin Lannister, Drogon the dragon, Hodor, wildling Ygritte, Jon Snow’s dire wolf Ghost, and my favorite: Lil King Joffrey Baratheon!
Awwwwwwww! Lil Joffrey’s got his deadly little crossbow and everything! I don’t think anyone could argue that it’s the cutest murderous little douchebag ever. Am I right?
Contrastingly, Joffrey’s grandpappy (twice over) Lil Tywin Lannister still seems chillingly menacing, don’t you think?
Yeah, you’ll have no problem recreating the Red Wedding using that little dude!

In addition to the seven figures mentioned above (numbered 13-19), Funko will also be introducing second figures for Tyrion Lannister (with a scar, ax and battle armor – number 21) and Daenerys Targaryen (in a white dress – number 24). It is unclear what will be filling in the blanks at numbers 20, 22 and 23, although it has been reported a second Jon Snow figure was supposed to be part of series 3.
According to ToyMania.com, the Series 3 figures will be available around January 14 with Daenerys showing up approximately four days later. (She’s on the other side of the globe remember!)
* I do realize this means you actually won’t actually be able to get these as Christmas gifts, but you could always get a gift certificate!
