Country power couple Faith Hill and Tim McGraw have directly addressed the recent tabloid reports floating around claiming that they’re headed for a D-I-V-O-R-C-E.
People spoke with Faith and Tim after a recent performance in Las Vegas and they dispelled any notion that their romance is in trouble. “Rumors seem to be running like crazy right now for some reason. It’s perplexing, I don’t know why ‘happy’ can’t be a story,” Hill said. The 46-year-old added that she and Tim are “absolutely not” parting ways.
McGraw, also 46, followed up on Faith’s sentiment while taking the nature of the reports all in stride:
“We’ve been married 17 years, and since the first week we were married those things were out. We don’t even think about it. The only time we ever think about it is [when we] worry about the kids. But they’ve been around it, too, so they laugh it off.”
Tim and Faith have three daughters; Maggie, Audrey and Gracie.
