A September 2009 picture of the Mike O’Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge taken from the left side of abutment 2, facing Nevada. The Arch is completed with a majority of the temporary stays removed. Obayashi / PSM, JV crews are installing the precast concrete panels around the Arch strut at Pier 11. Formwork is set for construction of the spandrel column plinths at Piers 10, 11, 12, and 13. The Hoover Dam Bypass bridge is on pace to be completed in August 2010 and open in November 2010.
