A picture of the Mike O’Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge taken from the Hoover Dam in September 2009. Most of the temporary backstays and forestays have been removed from the completed arch. You still see the temporary pylons for the cable stays on top of the Nevada-side Pier 5 and Arizona-side Pier 14. Using a highline crane, Obayashi / PSM, JV crews remove work platforms from the top of the Arizona pylons.
