VIDEO Farrah Abraham on The Soup Investigates — plus her plastic surgery reversal!

Sarah Tiana and Farrah Abraham The Soup Investigates

Farrah Abraham’s dreams are coming true as she is returning to television! Unfortunately, the joke may be on her as she gets doused “with truth serum” for the premiere episode of The Soup Investigates.

Based on a preview clip for the upcoming show, this exceedingly awkward interview was in the same vein as her chat with Shananay. To start it all off, “investigative journalist” Sarah Tiana asked Farrah when she decided to be a teen mom…

“I didn’t decide to become a teen mom,” Farrah deadpans.

“Ok, you just allowed it to come into your life?”

“I mean, I think it happened for a reason,” Farrah says after taking a contemplative glance toward the ceiling.

“When you first peed on that pregnancy test, how did you feel?”

“I was worried…”

“So you didn’t, like, immediately think, like, ‘This is, like, peeing on a winning lottery ticket!'”

“No,” Farrah said, taking a harder tone. “I think if anything, it’s peeing on a hard life ahead.”

“It just sounds so glamorous!”

Farrah’s complete interview is set to air tonight during the premiere episode of The Soup Investigates. According to a recent press release, Sarah will continue to press Farrah for answers on life as a (former) teen mom: “Sarah will delve deep into the virginal teen world and prove, once and for all, that not all teenagers are continually pregnant. Sarah will even sit down with Farrah Abraham and other ‘luminaries’ who have thrived from the pregnant teen obsession to see how they’ve reaped a money whirlwind — thanks to abstaining… from abstinence.”

In other Farrah news, she recently revealed (via a photo shoot in the operating room) that she got her chin implant removed on September 30, less than one year after the initial operation. (See what Farrah looked like before and after her plastic surgeries in 2012.)

“We had been emailing back and forth that she was uncomfortable with the size of the chin implant. It was the smallest implant they make, so she just wanted to take it out,” Dr. Michael Salzhauer, Farrah’s plastic surgeon, told Radar Online.

UPDATE – Farrah has addressed having her chin implant removed on Twitter, with a graphic photo and her usual self aggrandizing of course:

Considering Farrah said she didn’t “have to hate anything” on her face ever again after her October 2012 surgeries, this was an interesting reversal.

“I don’t have to hate anything on my face ever again,” she said.

The doctor from Miami’s Bal Harbor Plastic Surgery said removing the implants was a simple procedure. However, Farrah’s chin will not look exactly as it did before.

“After you have a chin implant, the tissues of the chin build a little scar tissue around the implant, so there’s a little micro-boost of the chin,” he told Radar Online. “Plus, the skin is tighter. Farrah had a little bit of a roundness, kind of a double chin going on before, but now everything is nice and tight.”

He also shed some light on how it was to work with Farrah.

“Farrah’s a nice girl,” he said. “She gets a lot of stuff, but she’s not a monster. She’s just a single mom trying to be famous! Farrah says she’s going to do a new show and go back to school. She’s doing great.”
