If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, Ashley Horn is really sucking up to her newly found half-sister, Lindsay Lohan! The 18-year-old daughter of Michael Lohan revealed to In Touch Weekly that she’s spent $25,000 on cosmetic procedures in an attempt to look more like LiLo.
“I’ve gotten rhinoplasty, a bit of refinement underneath my cheeks and jawline, some fat injected into my chin and some fat injected into my upper cheeks,” Ashley said of her enhancements.

Amazingly, Ashley wasn’t positive she was even related to the Lohans until one year ago. She appeared alongside her mom, Kristi Horn Kaufmann, on The Trisha Goddard Show in November 2012 to get the results of a DNA test that proved Michael Lohan was her biological father. Previously, Michael denied paternity and refused to pay support.
“I apologized to her. I thought there were other men besides me (in her mom’s life),” Michael told The New York Post last year.
After that, aspiring pop star Ashley wasted no time in changing her look.

“My goal was to look like Lindsay in her good days, when she was around 18, 19 years old,” she said of the sister she’s never met. “(Now) I’m hotter than Lindsay! I have no problem saying that.”
Still, there’s one aspect of Lindsay’s life Ashley doesn’t intent to emulate: “I don’t drink, do drugs or party. I like being a responsible person.”
