These are whirlwind times for Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry! In addition to being pregnant again, the 21-year-old is in the midst of preparing for her wedding to husband Javi Marroquin (they previously eloped, but want a bigger wedding) is working on a book, just got back from vacation in Myrtle Beach, and she is in the midst of shopping for a new house. Scratch that last bit because Kail proudly announced yesterday on Twitter that she and Javi have closed and are now officially homeowners!
Kailyn shared a photo of her new abode on instagram (seen above) along with the excited caption, “HOME SWEET HOME!” The house looks rather sizable (which is good considering it has to soon accommodate a family of four plus pets) with two stories and a large front porch with a railing. There are lots of windows and trees, and even a two-car (one-big-truck) garage. Well done Kail and Javi!
And speaking of the garage, Kailyn’s first announcement that she and Javi are now homeowners was actually a photo of an iconic symbol of homeowner initiation: the garage door opener:
Kail added, “HOMEOWNERS! javim9” to the photo.
Of course, Kail wasn’t the only one excited about the new diggs. Javi posted a photo of his new keys on instagram and wrote, “Our house keys! Such a wonderful feeling being able to say we have our own house!”

Congratulations to Kail and Javi! I assume we will get to see lots more of the house and possibly even the home shopping process on Teen Mom 2 Season 5 when it airs some time in 2018 😉
