George H.W. Bush shaved his head in support of 2-year-old cancer patient

George HW Bush Cancer Support
George H.W. Bush shaved his head in solidarity with one of his Secret Service agent’s sons, Patrick, who is battling leukemia. Political differences aside, I think we can all agree that was pretty darn precious gesture from the 89-year-old former president.

Patrick’s family expressed their gratitude to the senior George Bush on Patrick’s Pals: “Our little guy received some high-powered support this week when President George Bush 41 volunteered to shave his head to show his support for Patrick and Patrick’s Pals.”

H.W. was joined in the hair buzzing by members of his Secret Security detail.

Thankfully, Patrick’s Pals reveals the little cutie’s prognosis is positive. Still, he faces years of treatment. Hopefully, knowing that one of the country’s former leaders is in his corner will help Patrick get through rough times.
