Levi Strauss heir sued for failing to pay $300,000 to his girlfriend for her abortion

45-year-old Christina A. Helm filed a lawsuit Friday against her ex-boyfriend, Levi Strauss heir Daniel S. Haas for stiffing her on a $300,000 payment he promised her in exchange for aborting their child last year.

According to Christina’s complaint, Daniel said he would pay her $300,000 within 24 hours of the time she provided proof that she terminated her pregnancy between Sept. 7, 2012, and Sept. 14, 2012.

She claims that his family had an “unnatural” amount of control over his life and pressured him to “fix” the situation when they learned he had fathered a child with Christina. “Haas’ personal predicament pushed him to the point where he would do and say anything to end his relationship with plaintiff, cause plaintiff’s pregnancy to be terminated, and silence the whole affair from the public,” the complaint reads.

She’s seeking $300,000 in damages on top of punitive damages for emotional distress and breach of contract.

She took a bribe to kill her baby and now shes pissed because he won’t pay up? Wow, so sad for you…not.

I would be to. She did a hard thing and if she kept the baby he would have ended up paying much more than 300000. I think it was a good deal for him but he did not pay up

This is disgusting. On both ends.

The $$ was more important to her OR it wasn’t his baby!!! And she tried to scam him.

First hand knowledge – she scammed him! Was not his baby and second she was pissed that she was not going to get paid for interior design work – she is sick and need help for sure.
