Jennifer Love Hewitt is expecting a baby with boyfriend Brian Hallisay. The two first met on the set of Love Bites in 2011. One year later, they were cast on The Client List as estranged couple Riley and Kyle Parks, and by the summer of 2012, they were dating.
“We’re so thrilled and happy to start a family,” Jennifer said in a statement to Us Weekly earlier this afternoon. According to the report, Jennifer is about three months along, which means she’ll be welcoming her first child sometime in late fall or early winter.
Just two months ago, Jennifer shelled out $3.25 million for a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, two-story home in the Pacific Palisades. At the time, a source said, “Jennifer is happier than she’s ever been. She can’t wait to set up house and start a family with Brian.”
Prior to buying the home, it was reported that Jennifer was completely head over heels in love with Brian. “Jennifer has totally flipped for Brian,” a source told The Enquirer. “She firmly believes he’s ‘the one’ and she’s determined not to let him get away. She said, ‘I want to wake up next to him every day! So I told him he should just move in!'”
Jennifer has always been very vocal about her desire to start a family, telling Us in 2010, “I would love to to have babies. . . one day. I’m obsessed with babies!”
