It should be noted that at the top of the book cover it says, “Previously Published as Legend of the Duck Commander,” which was written by Phil Robertson’s older brother James F. Robertson and published in 2011. James is an experienced writer who has been in the journalism field for more than fifty years. He has written for numerous small town and metropolitan newspapers as well as trade publications with international circulations and corporate magazines. He was one of seven siblings (including Phil) who were raised in a three-room log cabin built in 1928 in Vivian, Louisiana.
