They really overplayed their hysterics, probably should’ve taken a few more acting classes beforehand. Their story is also a little too scripted when they describe what’s happening and seem already certain that the boy is in the balloon.
The 911 operator is bewildered as she tries to find out what the heck they’re talking about.
