Finally! It seems the diligent work of all those millions of concerned fans has finally paid off! Angelina Pivarnick, the only Jersey Shore cast member with enough class and self respect to walk away from all that ridiculous imminent fame and fortune, is coming back to TV! Well, actually, she’s filming a pilot episode of a reality show about herself in hopes of coming back to TV. Well, actually, she’s started a kickstarter campaign in hopes of raising enough money to film a pilot episode of a reality show about herself in hopes of coming back to TV. But still!
The 25-year-old almost reality star began the fund-raising campaign on Sunday and shared this video with potential investors:
In the clip, Angelina explains that she wants the opportunity to show fans what she’s really like, which apparently includes such shocking revelations as the fact that she sometimes wears sunglasses indoors and the the back of her car is “a disaster.” (To her credit, Angelina takes a page out of the Snooki/Deena comedy playbook — albeit unknowingly I’m sure — when she says of her messy back seat, “It’s like Jimmy Hoffit could be buried in the back and no one would find him!”)
Angelina is hoping to raise $8,000 to make the reality show pilot, which is called The Comeback. The campaign lasts for two weeks and has raised $400 with 11 days left right now.

Former Jersey Shore Star Angelina Pivarnick makes a Comeback with new pilot for television series!
Angelina is back and this time she’ll be filming her own show! Team Angelina will be raising funds to shoot the pilot for Season 1 of “The Comeback.” Angelina was a main cast member on The Jersey Shore but we didn’t get to see much of the real her. This pilot will be the starting point of her new series which will give Angelina a fresh start, as well as entertain the nation as we watch a more relatable Angelina better her reputation while empathizing with both her fans and her haters.
As you may have seen on MTV’s The Jersey Shore, Angelina was cornered by the rest of the cast due to her larger than life and ‘tell it like it is’ personality, but if you were to meet her in real life you would surely get a different impression. Angelina has a fun and outgoing personality that will shine on her new series as you see her go through the trials and tribulations of trying to be the best Angelina that she can be! This is her shot at making a comeback and she wants to show you the real her!
The Comeback will focus around Angelina as we watch her go through several challenges with the help and guidance of her team. Get to know the real Angelina!
Risks and challenges
After this project is funded and completed we must then pitch this pilot to the television networks. The challenge is that people think they know the former Jersey Shore starlet when in reality she has a much funnier, softer, and in some ways even wilder side.
What we do know is our team is determined to make this happen!
I don’t know which is my favorite quote — is it the part about the show promising to give Angelina a fresh start “as well as entertain the nation as we watch a more relatable Angelina better her reputation while empathizing with both her fans and her haters.” Or is it “as you may have seen on MTV’s The Jersey Shore, Angelina was cornered by the rest of the cast due to her larger than life and ‘tell it like it is’ personality.” I have to confess that I want to see Angelina Pivarnick empathize with her fans! And I hate to be the one to break it to her, but Jersey Shore was actually kind of fond of larger-than-life personalities — for better or worse.
On a nitpicky side note, Angelina needs to realize that it’s not The Jersey Shore, but simply Jersey Shore — a subtle but important detail that took this blogger about a year to learn, but Angelina should already know. If I ever made the worst decision of my life by walking away from what would quickly become one of the most successful cable television shows of all time (which only required I show up at a particular location a few weeks out of the year to drink and maybe have sex and argue) by golly I would know the correct title of that show!
