Last night, the Real Housewives put their drama aside for a good cause — and they looked amazing doing it. Tamra Barney and Gretchen Rossi of Orange County and Brandi Glanville, Kyle Richards, and Camille Grammer of Beverly Hills attended the Family Equality Council’s Awards Dinner in Los Angeles to show their support for the equal rights for parents and families across the globe.
So what is the Family Equality Council? According to their website..
Family Equality Council connects, supports, and represents the one million parents who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender in this country and their two million children. We are changing attitudes and policies to ensure that all families are respected, loved, and celebrated—including families with parents who are LGBT. We are a community of parents and children, grandparents and grandchildren that reaches across this country. For 30 years we have raised our children and raised our voices toward fairness for all families.
While most of the ‘Wives hit the red carpet solo, Tamra brought along her soon-to-be hubby, Eddie Judge. As you might recall, the two became engaged during the last season of Real Housewives of Orange County and ever since, they’ve been hard at work planning their dream wedding which hopefully we’ll be seeing this season on the show.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is currently airing its third season on Bravo every Monday night at 8/7c. As for The Real Housewives of Orange County, it’s due to return for it’s eighth season at the end of next month — at least according to Gretchen.
