The Latest Lindsay Lohan Saga hit before even a week was up from the Liz & Dick premiere, and this one’s a doozy: There are racial slurs, private investigators, $10,000 cash missing, two liters of vodka a day being drunk, assistants being kicked out of cars involved.
Here’s what’s going down so far: after a Justin Bieber concert Lindsay allegedly clocked a psychic from Palm Beach because she thought the girl stole her sister’s Ali purse, which had $10,000 because she was a “f**king gypsy.” Lindsay was also reportedly miffed because her crush from The Wanted, Max George, had been talking to Tiffany.
Lindsay’s alleged victim Tiffany Mitchell, has hired Glroia Allred to represent her in an assault case against Lindsay, but Lindsay still maintains that she didn’t hit Tiffany and that she was set-up so Tiffany could make money from the incident. After she got out of jail, Lindsay was heard bursting into tears at a NYC hotel:
She was crying and kept asking, ”Why does this happen to me? This is a setup! I don’t deserve this… It’s not my fault!” Lindsay was saying, ”I was trying to find out who stole Ali’s purse! I gave her the money for my family, to pay for my brother’s school fees.'”
Lindsay admitted that she called Tiffany a gypsy, but says that she didn’t realize the word was an insult. According to TMZ: “Lohan feels the palm reader is just another in a long line of people who see the actress as an opportunity to make money off her – and the fact that Mitchell hired Allred of all people just proves that.” According to The Daily Mail, she’s hired a private detective to look into Tiffany Mitchell’s background. A former client of Tiffany’s talked to South Florida Gossip Blog gossipextra.net about how Tiffany used fear tactics to try to get her to pay $43,000.
“I feel bad for Lindsay.I went to see (Mitchell) for about three weeks in November 2011. She used fear tactics to make it seem that I could be in real trouble if I didn’t pay her $43,000.
She senses when people are vulnerable and when she can make money. I complained about her (Mitchell) to Palm Beach Police but they didn’t do anything about it.
I didn’t pay her, but I’m sure others in Palm Beach did.”
This is a tactic used by some pyschcis, and some people do pay $100,000s to psychics to prevent bad things from happening to them. Anderson Cooper’s former daytime show did an investigation last year sending undercover reporters in to get psychic readings. Some psychics tell you to bring your money or expensive objects in to be “cleansed,” and people often never receive them back. Lindasy’s attorney Mark Jay Heller made this statement:
“I am completely confident that this case will be concluded favorably and that Lindsay will be totally exonerated.”
Along with these troubles, Lindsay had a fight with her now former assistant Gavin Doyle, and kicked him out of her car. The New York Post actually has a video of Lindsay and Gavin’s fight, and Gawker transcribed this exchange:
Lohan: [inaudible]…just like you did with Sam.
Doyle: No, I didn’t!Lohan: GAVIN, GET OUT OF THE CAR! GET OUT OF THE CAR, GAVIN! Get him out of the car! Get him out of the car, NOW! Gavin, get out! Gavin, get out of the f–king car. NOW.
Doyle: Okay. Never speak to me again.
Afterwards, Gavin went to Twitter to tell Lindsay to get the help she “desperately” needs.

Since Gavin’s airing this drama and dirty laundry, he’ll probably have a hard time finding more celebrity assistant work, but it’s still an indication that all’s not well in Lindsay-Land, even despite this recent altercation.
TMZ has an anonymous source saying that Lindsay’s been drinking VERY heavily for the past few months. Like, she should get her liver checked heavily. These sources claim that she imbibes two liters of vodka a day, and that she starts drinking the moment she gets up. If this is true, she desperately needs to detox before she permanently hurts herself, or even kills herself. Amy Winehouse died from alcohol poisoning, and if Lindsay’s drinking that much a day and developing a tolerance, she could easily accidentally drink too much, not to mention the damage she’s doing to her body that can cause long-term health issues.
According to sources, Lindsay’s become so stressed by her dire financial situation and the impending probation violation — stemming from her PCH crash this summer — that she’s turned to alcohol for relief.
We’re told Lindsay — who’s struggled with substance abuse in the past and even has a DUI conviction under her belt — would often begin drinking first thing in the morning, and continue drinking throughout the day.
