Courtney Robertson and Arie Luyendyk Jr. are the latest Bachelor Nation couple to make it official. These two have been spotted together twice, once in Arizona, where he lives, and once in California, where she lives. Now, Courtney has confirmed that she and Arie are in fact an item and she’s dishing more on her former relationship with Bachelor star Ben Flajnik.
“Yes, I’m dating Arie,” Courtney reveals to Life & Style. “We’re enjoying our time together.” The two, who were first seen together early last month, are now on her home turf in Los Angeles where Arie is working on a new project. He even stayed the night with Courtney a few days ago.
While Courtney tried to make her relationship with former fiance Ben work, but it appears he wasn’t quite the catch he appeared to be on The Bachelor. The couple announced their split on October 5, just days before she went out on her first date with Arie. “I was miserable with Ben; he treated me so badly,” Courtney admits, adding that she planned to relocate to San Francisco to be with him, “but he was all like, ‘I just turned 30, and I’m not ready.'”
“I didn’t want to jump from one public relationship to another,” she explains, “but Arie and I get along, and I’m not going to let that get away.” Courtney and Arie aren’t exclusive yet, but she doubts that there is a better guy out there for her. “Arie makes me laugh so hard, and he’s adorable, so I’m going with it,” she says.
