It looks like Lindsay Lohan has taken the latest lead in the “other” tight race on America’s mind; “Who is the most dangerous actress behind the wheel in L.A. County, Amanda Bynes or Lindsay Lohan?”
According to sources with TMZ, Lindsay Lohan will be officially charged for lying to police officers about an accident involving her infamous road-rammin’ Porsche. No. Not that crash. No. Not that one either. In this particular case we’re talking about the one back in June where she told the cops she wasn’t the one driving when said sports car slammed into the tail end of an 18-wheeler on the PCH (Porsche vs. semi – semi wins).
Multiple witnesses said she was, in fact, the driver and the cops apparently have decided that was the case and will be charging LiLo with a misdemeanor for telling lies to the authorities. I guess the Santa Monica City Attorney’s office has their own fact checkers.
Once again, this brings into question the future of Lindsay’s possible freedom as she’s still under probation for that whole jewelry heist thingy. It would be the call of Judge Stephanie Sautner whether or not to send Lohan to the slammer but I’m not holding my breath against the immovable force of Hollywood justice.
