It’s been a rough week for Alexia Ecchevarria. After the Real Housewives of Miami star’s son, Peter Rosello, was caught in the middle of a hobo assault scandal, she’s now dealing with the fallout from her ex-husband (and the father of her two sons) being arrested again — this time for violating his probation.

The Miami Herald reports that on September 13, Pedro Rosello was arrested in Miami for violating the probation stemming from an arrest back in 2007 for sexual battery of a minor. At the time of the arrest, he was sentenced to 12 years. Pedro was previously convicted of cocaine smuggling in 1992 and sentenced to 24 years in federal prison. He was released after serving just four-and-a-half years.

According to online records, Pedro is still in custody at Miami’s Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. There is no word yet on what exactly it was that got him incarcerated or how long he will remain behind bars.

Pedro and Alexia’s son, Peter Rosello is currently being investigated by police after punching a homeless man in the nuts while on camera and then posting the video on his Facebook page. UPDATE – Peter Rosello has turned himself in and is currently facing felony battery charges in the incident.

Their other son, Frankie, is still recovering after a devastating car accident which nearly took his life last year. Since then, Alexia has had a reduced role on Real Housewives of Miami so that she is able to care for him.
