Deena Nicole Cortese channels 'Baywatch' for In Touch Weekly after weight loss

Deena Nicole Cortese is giving In Touch. “I’m the guidette Pamela Anderson,” she says — which explains why she chose to wear the iconic red swimsuit for her big weight loss reveal.

Prior to the In Touch photos, fans took notice of Deena’s shrinking size during recent red carpet appearances including last month’s MTV VMA After Party where Deena looked to die for in a strapless mini:

Deena may be ready to flaunt it now, but she was not always this confident — by any means. “I’ve always struggled with my body image,” she admits. After joining the cast of Jersey Shore during season 3, Deena was targeted by cyber bullies who picked on her and her weight. ”If you’re a little heavy, online bullies will treat you like crap. It’s sad. And it really hurts.”

After watching herself evolve on the show, Deena knew she was heading in the wrong direction and opted for a change. “My weight was getting out of control, and I knew it was time to do something about it.” Now that she’s dropped from a size 8 to a size 4, Deena is more confident than ever.

“I’m happy with myself, and that’s the only thing that really matters,” she says.

I have to say….actually admit….that Deena’s tan looks like the best tan (although very dark) that I’ve EVER seen on a J.S. cast member! They are usually some shade of burnt orange. Good for her she looks great, but I just hope she’s comfortable at any weight. It’s a sad life when you’re never happy with you’re size or weight. You look beautiful Deena, you don’t need to alter your physical appearance anymore just keep enjoying you’re time in the spotlight! (I have a feeling the party is gonna fade real soon)

I noticed that her face looked slimmer or something in the previews for the new season. I actually like Deena. It pisses me off when the guys (Pauly, Vinny, Mike, & Ronnie) make fun of her. You can tell it hurts her feelings, and she just wants to be accepted. I think she is a true sweetheart.

  She had a nose job (idk if you knew or that’s why her face looks slimmer) but I did notice what you mentioned about wanting to be accepted. The boys make comments that really hurt her but she tries to ignore it until she can’t and starts crying. I feel bad, I know what it’s like to hear comments that make you question your beauty or value. Those boys don’t understand what it’s like.

      Right! I never can figure out why chicks sleep with him. He is butt ugly..he is pigeon toed…he stutters…and he is dumb as a box of rocks. Vinny is by far the best looking guy and the sweetest out of all of them. But none of them are decent…they all use women and toss them away like yesterday’s garbage.

I watched the show enough to know this. She is exactly what they mean by “grenade”.

It’s sad how much people hate. She didn’t get a brow lift or Botox u can when people have Botox cause they look ugly when they cry, she had her teeth whitening like the other millions of people that do every year. And her nose job was done prior to loosing the weight but it looks completely different since her face is slimmed down . People should look at their own lives, their friends and family members before making comments. If it was u who had work done I’m sure u would be looovvvvinggg her right now instead of hating.
