Kathy Wakile before and after nose job, plastic surgery photos

Kathy Wakile revealed at the start of the Season 4 reunion of Real Housewives of New Jersey that she got a nose job and some lip injections. This wasn’t a huge secret because this May Kathy talked to Andy Cohen about it on Watch What Happens Live.

As you can tell from the before-and-after pics (the first was from August 18, 2011, and the second is from September 20, 2012) Kathy’s nose job isn’t very dramatic. This January she got the nose job because she had a bump forming after breaking her nose twice.

She decided to try lip injections because her lips seemed smaller after getting her nose done, but it looks like she hasn’t really kept up the injections because they’re not noticeable at all in the photo from September 20.

Maybe she heeded Andy’s warning to not go too far with the altering her face. Of all the Real Housewives’ plastic surgeries, Kathy’s is definitely the most low-key.

In the picture shown here she looks great! So I’m wondering why at the reunion, I noticed all too quickly her Michael Jackson-looking nose indentations. Such a dead giveaway for a nose job. Her nose looked so unnatural and freaky. May she got it re-done? Jacqueline is a plastic surgery fail. She’s got this frozen frog face and what she needs work on is her wrinkly neck.

I hope she doesn’t live to regret this. It looks like her bridge is much lower, which means they removed cartilage. Her entire nose could fall in, ala Lee Majors and Faye Dunaway.

Oh, I hadn’t noticed she had her chin done too. I don’t get that at all. There is a big trend to have these more masculine jaws that would never have been considered pretty in the past. Now Jennifer Aniston, Kristen Stewart and Kate Hudson have the more desirable jawlines.

Couldn’t help but notice how they all tried to make themselves look better., except for the redhead, Bozo The Clown & Jackie, who looks like the Goodyear Blimp. Melissa looked trashier than ever, Kathy was a joke with those fish-eyes, nose and I think there were lips somewhere under the new nose. Tre looked the same. Oh and lets not forget Lauren, or whatever her name is, spanxing it up so much I expected her to pass out at any moment, which is probably why she didn’t stay long on the sofa. So there they were , those who made fun of Tre for the last, I don’t know, 3-4 seasons of her appearance, yet they all did the same thing last evening. It went just as everyone expected, Tre did this and that, she is the reason why everyone on the show is so miserable. Ladies, if thats true, then get out of Dodge! You won’t, because you like the almighty dollar. As another poster pointed out, when Kathy ever said that Tre’s mother was a liar and her father a coward, I nearly fell off the sofa. This from a a woman who says in the opening of the show “we’re old school, we demand respect”…What a piece of work she is. I don’t know why Bravo ever had her on the show, her and her obnoxious husband offered nothing, such a waste of money.Yet when Tre mentioned Kathy’s father, wow!,,,something hit home there… Rosie, the idiot , goes crazy backstage. You know, she really does give gay women such a bad name.. Rosies mother should have given her away, just like Rosies mom was given to her aunt when she was a child. I’m not a Tre fan but last night really did push me in that direction. Melissa was a stripper, why else would Joe have married her, he likes a pig in bed, he got one, they both should own it. Jackie is a terrible mother, thats a given. Kathy is a fake, we all saw that last night. Caroline is a bad joke, always knew that, only friends she has are her 3 idiot kids and a milktoast of a husband.Then there is Tre, who is out there working and making money. She isn’t losing her house (as are Melissa & Joe), despite their claims they want to be far from Tre..lol lol….. Like Kim D said, Gorga is a small fish, he is nothing, she may be too, I’m not too sure yet but Gorga could never afford on his own what was shown on camera, especially with Melissa’s sickening songs, she has no talent! So now next week we get to see the men go at it,,,hmmm…yet another battle of the brains cause lets face it, we already know there is no talent there at . The two Joes will try hard to put a whole sentence together, Richie will talk his usual babble and we will all be lucky if milktoast Albert says boo….Oh, I almost forgot Rosie, well I guess its realistic they stick her in with the men,,,,,,,,I hope after this reunion, Bravo comes to its senses, pulls the plug on this cast and donates the monies to a good cause…….

    Of course we watch! It’s hilarious. The fun of watching the show is pointing out their flaws. Bravo didn’t put normal, well educated, bright, composed ladies on television for a reason. These attention seeking women are a prime example of what not to behave like and provoke funny conversation, like the above author demonstrated. It’s a brain break.

  Caroline Clownzo couldn’t look better if she tried so she doesn’t try. Some of them should stop trying so hard because they look like old hookers. Melissa Gorga can get away with it because she is 32. The rest look like wigged clowns. Layren Manoz now looks 35 & her face is all cockeyes & she talks out the side her mouth. Lapband & Botox I suspect. Terrible role model for young women & she will be fat again in 2 years.

  Wow! I could not have said it better myself. You said everything I have been thinking for forever! Bah ha ha ha. Can you hear me clapping? I am! May I add, Caroline loves to hear herself talk and never says anything of any real substance? Also, I’d like to reiterate that Jacquline is the worlds worst mother…ever! She acted like her “plight” with an autistic child consumes her life. She ain’t no Jenny McCarthy and has little on her plate. She was too lazy to raise Ashley properly; her solution was/is always to rid herself of the child so she can enjoy the spotlight w/o her kid taking center stage, like children like to do.

It’s a television show, it’s scripted, not completely real….Some of u need to get a grip on reality & channel that negative energy on important things like GMOs getting put in our food. Wake the hell up.

  Not scripted. They are given a subject to talk about and told to include hot buttons. They are bad writers if scripted. Just keep talking then they edit what is interesting. I’m sure there are hours of out-takes to use as fillers later if storyline warrants the “lost footage.” Look at old footage when Caroline calmed down Teresa with Danielle, spell napalm!

i suppose if it makes her happy, but it seems really pointless and a waste of money. My friend got a very subtle nose job as well, and while i commend her and her surgeon for keeping it tasteful, i really can’t see the difference to the point in which I don’t really think she should’ve bothered. Whatevs.

I like it but honestly she was prettier before & looked more Italian.Now she looks like every other run of the mill 48 year old Mom. I’d say stay off the lip filler & lose the hair extentions that only makes you look older. All the women on this RH series need to lose the hair extentions. They look fake & like crap, Props to Nene Leakes for not doing this stuff she keeps her hair pretty & short & got her teeth fixed instead of fillers. Way too much make up on ALL OF THEM!

I can’t tell the difference between the old nose & lips and the new ones, but she sure as hell gained a ton of weight, which doesn’t look good, unfortunately.

Kathy, I lost the bet! Since your first episode with you riding your bike I have stood firm that you would be the housewife that woman could be successful, secure in themselves and marriage, happy AND real and original. You have fallen into the trap of media. You were such a physically beautiful woman but you are the one that had more than just physical beauty. You were the one that even though you had the means decided that you didn’t need to be altered to be validated, the one that knew that you can’t improve on God’s creation. I was so wrong, you have proven that a few episodes of a TV show can make anyone shallow and vain. You were the one who supported that all women can be important and successful and have a husband that adores them….without being altered by surgery. When your son marries, will he look for a woman with substance or “perfection” on the outside? When Victoria hits a tough patch in her life will she look to her heart and family to get her through or will she look to a surgeon to ease her pain? I really hope that you heed Andy’s advise. I know this is “your” business, but you are smart enough to know that women look to you as a role model. I know a lot of girls in their teens that aspired to be like you…….until the reunion show. Look at earlier episodes, no matter what was going on, what was being slung you remained level and only repeated or stated the positive in everyone, now you are an altered, screaming, name throwing embarrassment like all the others, except Melissa. You, Kathy, are now Teresa.

What did the elder Gorga`s do to Kathy?When Kathy`s father died the Mr Gorga stepped in and helped his sister that is all.Kathy has this idea that because her father helped the Gorga come to America it should have been her and not Teresa that hit the jackpot.
