Teresa Giudice and the ladies of Real Housewives of New Jersey have lost touch with one another, which is a big problem for producers. This 4-on-1 thing just isn’t working so they have to make a change. While there have been rumors that Teresa will be leaving the show to cut out the divide, there isn’t any truth to them. In fact, no one is leaving but there could be a couple of new faces.
They’re definitely coming back for a fifth season and Teresa will 100% be on it. But there is talk of casting some new wives,” a source tells Hollywood Life.” They have had the same cast for two years and it may be time to mix it up. Bravo is currently looking for a few new housewives because no one wants to film with Teresa, and they need some more people to film with her.”
As for who may sign on, it would make sense that it would be someone that Teresa knows. There have already been reports that both Alisa Maria and Priscilla DiStasio would sign on and since Alisa is currently on the outs with Melissa Gorga, she already has something in common with Teresa. Priscilla, on the other hand, is Teresa’s make-up artist and has a solid friendship with Teresa.
Oddly enough, Danielle Staub has even been thrown into the mix of new housewives in Jersey. Let’s hope Andy Cohen isn’t that desperate.
Teresa was recently rumored to be in talks for her own spin-off. However, she shot down those reports telling press that the only show she’d want to star in by herself would a cooking show.
