Chi magazine publishes more Kate Middleton topless photos

European tabloids continue to be a royal pain in the ass as another magazine publishes some of the now-infamous topless photos of Kate Middleton (aka Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge) sunbathing on the balcony of a French chateau. Fresh on the heels of France’s Closer, Italian magazine Chi has followed through with their plans to publish some of the more than 200 previously unseen Middleton ta-ta pics in their latest issue, which hit newsstands yesterday.

Chi‘s decision to publish the photos comes after it was announced on Friday that the royal family was moving forward with legal action against Closer for publishing the pictures. “St. James’s Palace confirms that legal proceedings for breach of privacy have been commenced today in France by the duke and duchess of Cambridge against the publishers of Closer Magazine France,” Prince William and Duchess Catherine’s office said in a statement.

Meanwhile, the editors of Closer and Chi remain defiant and resolute in their decisions. “For me those pictures are not shocking,” Closer editor Laurence Pieau told The Associated Press. “Just a beautiful couple, an in-love couple in the south of France. Kate is the girl next door.”

Chi chief Alfonso Signorini was a bit less diplomatic, telling a local newspaper, “If I had had more scandalous photos I would have willingly published them.” He also tweeted this weekend about the pending publication of the photos that “not even a direct call from the Queen” would stop the presses.

Here’s a topful shot just before Kate let the girls out:

Meanwhile, William and Kate were photographed earlier today on the island of Tavanipupu where they were greeted by islanders in traditional costume, which included bare-breasted women.

I don’t like seeing these photos published. It just seems disrespectful to the Princess since she obviously doesn’t want that to happen.

yeah its disrespectful and i dont care if someone is topless but she KNOWS the cameras follow her, thats the price she has to pay, its not right but with the knowledge that they’re around 24/7 she could have easily gone to a private island. the ‘south of france’ is where the paparazzi live/eat/sleep/breathe bcos they know ‘celebrities’ are always around.

There was no access to those grounds for more than a half mile. Lenses that can shoot over 800m away are weapons-grade ammo for these paparazzi. She SHOULD be able to expect SOME privacy when they pay for it; how far away do they need to search for trespassers?

People do not like this as she is there princes but she is nothing in universe. on the other hand why now Europe forcing to close that magazine isn’t it freedom of speech?

If the pix were of her just wearing a bathing suit, it would be
invasion of privacy. But this photographer is making a peeping tom out
of everyone who looks at them, and that’s illegal in many countries.
But for the photos to PUBLISHED and REPEATEDLY looked at, this woman is
being perpetually violated. We do not want to see people we respect and
      admire be treated like this!!

Her tits aren’t even good. That booty looks nice though ;)

She wants to be treated like British royalty? Let her act like British royalty then…Oh, wait a minute…She IS acting like British royalty, isn’t she…Just like Harry, Fergie…so what’s the fuss?

They’re well known people. If she didn’t want pics of her tittays in the news she would have left the top on.

So disrespectful! I don’t care if they are public figures or not, these paparazzi a**h***** seriously need to back off! It’s indecent, immormal, crude & violating what these people call a ‘job’.. exactly the reason I will not buy magazines anymore. If you disagree with this type of personal invasion & slander of people’s natural right to enjoy a tiny bit of privacy & normalcy then do the same, it’s the best way to get the message across – hit them in the wallet! If no one shows any interest in this crap, they will have no motivation to keep doing it.
