More Mama Elsa Patton before plastic surgery photos

Marysol Patton’s mother Elsa has made a name for herself as the non-filtered comic (and psychic!) relief of The Real Housewives of Miami. Unfortunately, the reality star opted for plastic surgery several years ago and the procedure left her face nearly unrecognizable from what it once was. On last night’s season 2 premiere, Elsa finally opened up about the surgeon who had done the work, saying that he had “ruined” her face.

As you can see from these family photos of Mama Elsa before plastic surgery, she was a fresh-faced beauty in her younger years, and even as she aged, she was a stunning woman. She certainly never appeared to be needing of a nip and tuck, but the pressure of staying young in a town like Miami can lead just about anyone to go under the knife.

In a more recent photo of Elsa and daughter Marysol, we see a glimpse of what Elsa looked like right before she underwent the cosmetic procedure that she says “ruined” her face and although it may be unfortunate, Elsa is hilarious and carefree and her spirit is something no surgeon can tarnish.

Despite the results of her plastic surgery, Elsa is loving the spot light and making her presence knows. Marysol recently opened up to Star Magazine about her mother’s success on the show and her desire to be in the spotlight. “It happened very organically. She gets excited having a film crew to entertain. She’s always asking me, ‘Where are the cameras? When are they coming over?’”

It is unbelievable how destroyed her face now is. What a freaking BUTCHER did she go to, to be disfigured like that?
Also, given her trouble last season with dumb ho Larsa, I find it hillarious that Elsa used to look exactly like a 5-year older version of Larsa’s twin. I mean, she looks like a spitting image of her.

Many of the supposed “before plastic surgery” photos show that she had at least lip filler and a brow lift – perhaps even a face lift – before the facelift which disfigured her.

Her face as it is now is not the result of one surgery…it’s the result of lost of elasticity and thinning of skin cells over multiple surgeries…She was a looker in the day though..

She was pretty! Looks like Gloria Estefan ! I hope she got a lot of money from whomever destroyed her face! She looks like Joseph Merrick now…in fact should find out if she has neurofibromatosis, especially since her speech seems affected also.

Well money can’t buy you love, real love; but, apparently it can make somepeople try to look like worn torn cats! There’s a few of them on these shows. They have so much money and generally get whatever they want, so I guess into each life some rain must fall and these ladies can catch it with their puffed up lips!

this woman is very, very ugly. Sorry I can not feel bad for people that do this to themselves. If this was a birth defect or an accident, that is different. But to deliberately do this to yourself, no pity here. That woman belongs in a horror movie.
