Another day, another “business” venture for future former Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham! (Most unenthusiastic exclamation point ever.) As previously hinted at waaaaay back in November of 2011, Farrah wants to share her secrets to maintaining an Abrahamtastic figure in the form of a series of workout videos, the first of which (titled “Baby Bum”) was uploaded to Youtube yesterday:

Here’s how Farrah introduces the workout (aka hip extensions):

I have to say, I love working out because through being a teenager, through having a baby, after having a baby, being a chef an eating a lot — always work out! Come in handy. It can’t just be dieting or just running , it has to also be the combination of the two. So eat right and work out, and I think these core workouts will help you because they helped me.

With Farrah’s line of food products coming out, her first cooking videos hitting the web, her book and “soundtrack” being released, a sex ed video, and now her first workout clip showing up, all that is left (that I know of) are her restaurant opening, her rumored line of jewelry, and her spin-off show. Of course, with Farrah, you never know. Next week we could see a fragrance launch, a fashion line, and her very first art opening.

On a side note, Sophia is as cute as ever in the clip! Oh, and yes, the workout DVD is a fake created in Photoshop, so please don’t make it your mission to convince people it’s not real in the comments section

She needs to hire a branding consultant ASAP to tie all this crap she is releasing together. The packaging and branding is not cohesive. And everything looks like it was filmed, recorded or photographed on a camera phone – terrible quality. It really lowers the value of her attempted brand. She has got the drive and ambition, but the execution of all this is just so tacky and cheap. I am really surprised at how cheap everything from the sauce to the book looks, if everything was just 20% more hip it would speak better to her target market.

  Hmm yeah. I do admire her drive and ambition but you’re right about it being a little cheap. Heart is in the right place but the execution is off.

  I totally agree. She’s also going to have to get a very very good PR agent. If she wants these brands to lift off, she really is going to have to rework her image and change the public opinion of her.

Farrah reminds me of a Kardashian, dying to be famous. She has gone from teen mom (as if that’s an occupation or something spectacular that no one has ever done before), to chef,actress (she was suppose to play on some since cancelled show that I can’t remember), to marketing her own food,now a workout DVD, and what ever else I can’t remember. She is ridiculous. How about she drop the pseudo-celebrity act and live her life as a normal person for Sophia’s sake. Constantly seeking fame is not a way to live. I wonder what would she have done had MTV not came calling when she got pregnant at 16? Boy how different life would be.

See, this is something she can succeed at. She obviously has a toned body….I think the fact that she is a chef ( or becoming one? Who knows… ), people may be more inclined to listen, so why not go for a diet type of book of recipes or something along with it. I respect that she’s hustling and trying to set herself up, I just thought that music she was actually selling to people was awful.

Instead of reaching so deep into her “fans” pockets, why doesn’t she try and other young parents that suffered from tragedy such as herself. Shows a lot about her character to me. The only ones that came out on top from this show are Catelyn and Tyler
