As we reported earlier, Radar Online spoke with Teen Mom Farrah Abraham’s “gal pal Austin Mathouser” who told the site that Farrah got really drunk at Geisha House and Kiss Lounge on her 21st birthday and revealed to Austin that she “does Xanax and Adderall to stay up and energized.” As it turns out, Austin isn’t really a “gal pal” of Farrah’s at all, and the reason she was with Farrah that night was because she was the winner of the “Enter To Win Dinner With Farrah In LA for her 21st Birthday” contest!

The contest was posted on Farrah’s website (it has since been removed) along with these details:

Farrah and Austin were both excited about hanging out together — before and after the party:

Austin even spoke with All The Teen Moms shortly after and had nothing but positive things to say about her experience:

“Farrah is really sweet! and not much taller than me! (and I am 5’4) We met at the Geisha House for dinner and drinks and the food was amazing! Then we went to Kiss Lounge and stayed until the club closed!”

“We danced and talked about guys and our kids and our goals. She is really sweet! The next morning she texted me to make sure that I got home okay! She is really really nice!”

Something must have changed because Austin had a completely different story to tell Radar Online! (CLICK HERE to read all that she alleged happened the night of the birthday bash, including Farrah punching a guy that wouldn’t dance with her!)

Looking through Austin’s Twitter feed it appears as thoguh she is quite the avid Teen Mom / Teen Mom 2 / 16 and Pregnant fan! So much so, that she was in attendance at last year’s Teen Mom 2 reunion show!

Over the last couple of years she has tweeted at just about all of the Teen Mom people on Twitter, including Chelsea Houska, Leah Messer, Maci Bookout, Dawn Spears, Gary Shirley, Jenelle Evans… (?) Here are some of her admiring tweets for a few of the Teen Moms and their families:

UPDATE - Farrah has responded to Austin’s allegations on MomFinds.com (after an apparent cancellation of her scheduled appearance on Dr. Drew’s HLN call-in show last night)

There have been reports that you’re hooked on prescription drugs like Adderrall and Xanax and alcohol–what do you have to say to this?

These are ridiculous, untrue claims. It’s very sad that another mother would make up such stories, especially when I invited her out and treated her like a friend. In return, she was fake and wanted to make money off of hanging out with me. It truly is disgusting and twisted that others bring Sophia and myself into their lies for attention. Sophia is the biggest part of my life and she makes me the happiest. Nothing else matters–I’m focused and I do not have time for drugs or drinking. I’m happy, healthy and safe.

  See, I don’t believe that. Generally any magazine that covers anything from any of the Teen Moms is complete and utter BULL. And also that on one of the reunion shoes with Dr. Drew, Farrah stated that some of her better friends are the girls from the cast (not so much Amber though, I remember Farrah calling her ugly and a bad mother on Twitter about a year and a half ago).

  No, we don’t know if she does drugs or not. That is a horrible accusation.
  April obviously isnt a saint as she has admitted to being an alcoholic, and the recent scandal with selling fake stories to the media about her daughter, but to say she does just just because she is rough around the edges is immature and stupid.

I love Farrah. People have their hardships in their life and some of us get over them. I am so proud of Farrah for how far she has come with her loss of Derek & everything. People who make up rumors like so make me so angry! I’m not saying that these claims are true or untrue but, doesn’t anyone realize that you don’t take XANAX to stay AWAKE? It’s a freaking sedative. If she took it with Adderall, it would do nothing. Since Adderall is a stimulant, they would cancel each other out. That right there makes me think that this chick is lying, since she doesn’t seem to know shit about drugs. Just sayin’.

Austin happens to be a friend of mine… and while I was disappointed in her decision to tell the tabloids what Farrah had told her, and did not at all agree with it… Austin told me the day after the outing pretty much everything that she told the tabloids, although she said Farrah said the Adderall was to keep awake/on top of things, and the Xanax was for depression, which we both questioned, being as Xanax is an anxiety relief med… As far as I’m aware [although, having nothing to do with it], it isn’t prescribed for depression.

And no, Adderall and Xanax don’t “cancel each other out”… I’ve seen enough stupid kids doing “Zanniebars” and Adderall, or even meth, together… unfortunately, it really doesn’t cancel each other out. It just tends to make the person black out, do ridiculous stupid things they don’t remember the next day, and become extremely violent….

And for the record, Austin does NOT do drugs. She is a sober mother of a little girl, who barely even DRINKS, even when I’ve been around her and her husband had her daughter & was taking care of her daughter for the night.

Again, I don’t personally approve of her decision to make the information public, as I value privacy between people that I feel may become friends, and would not want them blurting to the world any secrets or personal information I told them, but Austin did tell me the day after pretty much every thing that was recorded in the article, and is most definitely not a drug addict. As a teen substance abuse counselor, I don’t condone anyone close to me doing drugs.
