The above mug shot is the latest for Teen Mom Jenelle Evans after she was arrested over the weekend following a run in with her on-again off-again boyfriend-fiance Gary Head.

Starcasm exclusively spoke with Evans’ attorney Dustin Sullivan earlier today and he verified the arrest. He stated that Evans was charged with simple assault, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and simple possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance for a single Klonopin (Clonazepam).

As was reported earlier, Gary Head was arrested as well.

  Agreed! Plus, I think Farrah has some self control. Janelle’s behavior is most likely due to her being on and off drugs so much whereas Farrah isn’t on drugs.

    Most states don’t prosecute simple possession because the jails would be overrun with inmates. If she had enough to claim intent to distribute, they would do something, but it’s rare for people to serve real time for simple possession and no other offenses.

She seems to think that doing well for a couple of days constitutes turning your life around. I think she should set larger goals for herself. For instance, how about she pass a few classes instead of just enrolling before using school as an example of turning her life around. Turning your life around isn’t enrolling, it is succeeding.
