Was Jenelle Evans’ fiance Gary Head arrested this weekend?

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans’ and her fiance Gary Head have been M.I.A. on Facebook and Twitter since Saturday, June 23rd, which has left their friends and followers wondering what happened. (I confess my thoughts went right to elopement.) But, it now appears that for Gary at least, his excuse is that he spent the weekend in jail!

UPDATE – It wasn’t just Gary, Jenelle was arrested as well! We spoke with Jenelle’s attorney and a representative from the bail bonding company that bonded Gary out of jail. Click to get all the details on their arrests, including what they were both charged with.

Gary’s brother, Travis Head, broke the news first thing on Sunday morning when he tweeted, “Another drunk love night!” and then, “Man f*** that b!tch!!!! My bro in jail”

Sunday night Travis announced, “Off tmmrw! To go bail my bro out with this 4g” before sharing the good news earlier today, “My bro is officially out on bail!!!”

Gary returned to Twitter to ask Jenelle, “Do you know where my keys are” before answering his own question a soon after with, “I found them.”

We don’t know any of the specifics of what happened, but from what we can gather it appears that Gary was arrested after an incident that resulted in the bashing of Jenelle’s iPhone. We can confirm that Gary was arrested, and was bailed out today.

Meanwhile, Jenelle’s last tweet was on Saturday and was directed at Gary and another friend who we’re apparently chilling at her house, “no house party over here haha my house my rules” We’ve reached out to Jenelle for comment, but have yet to hear back.

As you may know, Jenelle and Gary had a spat at the end of last week that led to Jenelle calling the police, only to have the couple reconcile an hour later. That kind of immediate reconciliation is a little harder to pull off when one of the two people involved is in jail.

Jenelle is on a downward spiral again!! She’s unstable an the fighting with Gary is ridiculous! They need to end it, they’re not good for each other. Their relationship is too much drama an that will never change. Its just going to go from bad to worse for Jenelle if she doesn’t sort herself out & quickly. She has pretty much chosen Gary over her bff Allison an I think that is a huge mistake!!!! Allison is the only person who has never sold her out, she’s been there for Jenelle no matter what but now she’s apparently moving out of NC Jenelle is stuck with Gary & Tori. The 2 worst people she could be around. Be single, stay at home and concerntrate on getting custody of your son!!!!!!!

I think it’s funny that everyone advises her to fight to get her son back,.but at the end if the day do you really believe she can care for him? I don’t. If she could, if she wanted to,.she would have already taken the steps necessary. She lives in the cycle of abuse, and seems to enjoy that lifestyle. Personally I wouldn’t want Jace around her, period.

And as for Gary, he seems to get violent every time they have a big fight, which is every and hopefully this is a wake up call.

  I sincerely hope she doesn’t get Jace back for a long time, because you’re right, she’s in a horrible cycle of abuse. Gary sounds like a controlling, manipulative, abusing a$$hole. Didn’t she just press charges on him not too long ago for hitting her? Yeah, that sounds like a GREAT place for Jace to be.

I wonder if Gary had any abuse/violence charges before Jenelle? Has anyone looked that up? Jenelle loves to fight verbally and physically and make up. She gained a lot of control when she found out how easy it was to have people thrown in jail and she likes it. Gary was warned many times on twitter that if he didn’t run, he would end up in jail. She’s not going to back down and then when it’s all over she talks about how she’s “bawlin’” her eyes out…blah blah. She should NEVER get custody of Jace. Her tweet a couple of months ago about how her mother would never do anything for her *boo hoo* was enough for me to to realize she just don’t get it and I don’t foresee her getting it in the next 20 years if at all.

I used to support Jenelle, you know thinking “Oh she’s just a teen she’ll grow up” That’s total bullshit. She’s irresponsible, immature, and can barely care for herself. I honestly hope she doesn’t get Jace back.

Jenelle and Gary both went to jail. Gary for domestic violence and Jenelle for possesion.. it broke out on USweekly.com. So much for Jenelle saying she was sober, huh. And how can Gary even be a Marine? Look at him… beating women? That’s not tolerated in the Marines, at all. Better find a new job Gary, but good luck with a dishonerable discharge!

I’m not completely convinced Gary’s abusive. Stupid? Yes! Not so much an abuser though. I think Jenelle likes to cry wolf because she gets a kick out of the drama. Nothing’s going to change until she sees a good therapist/life coach and gets back to concentrating on school and full time work. At the very least if she won’t be there for her son she should spend this time bettering herself. She has entirely too much time on her hands.

Gary will most likely be kicked out of the military. I know 10 people that kicked out for spice, which is alot less of a charge than marijuana… He will definitely get an article 15, which I don’t know the term in the marines (I’m prior army) but he will have 45 days of non stop work and lose all his money. He sure did f**k shit up.
