Did Kim Zolciak really get evicted?

Did Kim Zolciak get evicted from her $3 million dream home that she was renting?

Here’s what we know: According to Kim, her lease was up on May 31, and her family has now moved out of the house into a house that they own. Her landlord Kendra accused Kim of “squatting” in the house after she was evicted from the home.

Kim says that although she and Kroy were first planning to buy the house they were renting from Kendra, the inspection report came back “bad” and the home was appraised at $2.1 million instead of the $3.25 Kendra was asking. So, according to Kim, when their lease was up they Kim, Kroy, and Ko. decided to move “into one of the 2 homes we OWN til our new home is finished!”

Kim says they originally tried to pay month-to-month rent, or get a 4-month extension on their lease until their new home was finished, but “asshole landlords emailed us June 1st and said get out, so we r in the process of moving!”

Kim also tweeted: “I love my husband, he just said, “Babe we got evicted, Great!! We will be in our brand new home in 4 months and everyone will see the truth” lmao.” and “Due to a horrible inspection report with many defaults, & an appraisal done that came in 1.25m less then asking price Kroy & I didn’t buy the Roswell house its that’s simple #notstupidwithourmoney.”

Here’s Kendra’s response, via Twitter: “Blah blah blah! Excuses & more excuses! More trying to deflect the truth! Lies & more Lies! What house is built in 4 months?”

According to TMZ, Kim and Kroy are required to pay $600 for every day they remain in the house after May 31. Kim admits that she hadn’t paid that amount, but they will pay a lump-sum for the time they were still in the hosue.

It sounds like there’s probably some truth on both sides. If the house got appraised for much less than the asking price, Kim and Kroy might have tried to get outta there, but they didn’t get out of there fast enough to avoid the fees for staying in the house after the lease ended (according TMZ, they would go into a month-to-month payment schedule unless either party broke the lease. TMZ has an email from Kroy dated May 29, 2012, that DOES break the lease.)

  Nona– Probably because their smaller homes, and not something they want to live in. I know several people who own homes, but will not live in them.. Its completely normal.

      She was trying to buy the house she was renting. It was a rent/lease with the option to buy. So why wouldn’t she be living in it if she was going to buy it for her main house?

  Wondering the same thing, if they own 2 other homes then there shouldn’t have been a reason to be renting another house. I don’t care if they are smaller homes, if they have enough beds for everyone then they should have been living there instead of renting another house while building another home.

If she is being evicted, then this person should have no problem producing eviction papers to show the world.

I knew Kim would come up with some lie to try to cover all this up. A few short months ago it was her dream home and now all of a sudden there are “problems” and the house is horrible? come on now don’t insult my intelligence. Kim did exactly what kim always does and lies and tries to get over on people. I personally don’t believe a word of the nonsense from kim’s side. the email from Kroy is dated May 29th so, why weren’t they packed and ready to move if they knew they weren’t going to stay? It just doesn’t add up to me. Now these 2 other houses they have is something new they we haven’t hear about until now hhmmm how convenient!! And if she was building a dream home of her own her mouth is so big we would have heard about it by now(sounds like she’s stealing plays form Sheree’s playbook).

I believe that they rented the “Dream Home” for her upcoming series “Don’t be Tardy”… And as we all see it served it’s purpose. I also believe that half of this was for entertainment and the other half had to have DRAMA… Y else would we watch??? Strategically done kim.. Wigs off to U!!!!!!!! BAMM in my NENE Leakes voice. I also enjoyed every moment of Kim’s show and would definetly be down with a new one!!! I will be waiting!!! KITTY KAT.

This is so so stupid. Kroy is stuck with this human drama reel. And the two “new” kids will be the victims in the long run. Its no way that Kroy will ever make Mario Williams(Six year 100 mil w/ 50 million guaranteed)money as he is not that kind of player. HE NEEDS TO TURN INTO 1/2 that type of player to be involved in all this and whats coming. Biermann got a three-year deal that averages $3.05 million. He received a $3.1 million signing bonus, and will make $1.1 million in base salary this season. His cap figure for this season is $2.133 million.
Biermann’s base salary will rise to $2.4 million in 2013, and 2.55 million in 2014. And if he doesn’t perform up to whats required, He’s cut. Kim spends as if she is with Mario Williams. And Kroy only makes 2-3% of Mario’s contract. If Kroy was with someone who was reasonable with money(normal) then they’d be ok. Nothing about Kim Zociak is “reasonable.” (I can sing/I want to be in shape but hates to workout/Smoke and drink and pregnant/Tweet about her mom and pissed when her mom retaliates/Wont pay Kandi her friend but spends money like water..delusional)

How come she claimed they were closing on the reunion show? It would mean she was in a binding contract and the house was already evaluated and the price agreed on and that the inspection was already done, the bank she financed through would have demanded that to be done. She is lying…
