America’s favorite Guidos and Guidettes are currently back in Seaside Heights filming the sixth and final season of Jersey Shore and it appears they’re up to their old tricks again. According to numerous reports a number of the cast members were involved in a massive brawl at the Bamboo Bar Friday night, June 8, 2012.
Two men injured in the fight, Devon Chichele and Justin Viterito, already have a lawyer and have announced they plan to file suit.

Attorney Matthew DiBrino tells TMZ that his clients (above) are planning on suing the men involved, the Bamboo Bar, and Viacom and MTV. According to DiBrino, Viterito was having drinks with Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Roger Mathews (JWoww’s boyfriend) Friday night at the Bamboo Bar in Seaside Heights, NJ.

DiBrino says at some point, Devon approached the bar to join his friend Justin … but someone else who was with the “Shore” crew pushed him in the back.
DiBrino claims Justin then went to help his friend … when Ronnie clocked him in the face. DiBrino says a bouncer for the bar then grabbed Justin and put him in a headlock and Ronnie then punched him in the face a few more times … causing the laceration in the photo above.
Justin and Devon were then escorted out, according to DiBrino, and everyone from “Jersey Shore” was gone by the time they pulled themselves together.
DiBrino says his clients plan on suing Ronnie, Roger, the bar, the bouncer, MTV and Viamcom … who they claim promote this activity for ratings.
But it appears that the brawl wasn’t restricted to Viterito and Chichele. “It started as a small fight, then turned into a massive brawl,” an insider tells Us Weekly. “Jenni’s boyfriend beat up a few guys, Pauly knocked some guy out, [and] Ronnie [and] Sitch were all there as well, fighting off guys. Jenni sprained her ankle. It was rough.”
Seeming to confirm Us Weekly’s source were photos of JWoww hobbling around Seaside Heights on crutches Saturday:
“These drunk guys saw the cameras and started taunting the girls,” the insider continues. Then, they started bothering Ronnie, Vinny, The Sitch, and Pauly.”
The Shore-friendly insider says the guys tried to avoid escalating the conflict, but “they came back and got in their faces. Rodger and Ryan [Labbe, from MTV's The Pauly D Project] stepped up and all hell broke loose.”
It was then that “It became a club-wide brawl . . . Ronnie, Sitch, Ryan, Rodger and Pauly were fighting five guys, and bouncers too . . . Jenni was fighting with the guys.”
And what about Vinny Guadagnino? “He was [hanging] with the girls,” the source says. “He’s a lover, not a fighter.”
All reports indicate that Snooki, who is currently pregnant and will be residing in a separate house during Season 6 filming, was not present.
The Bamboo Bar may seem familiar to Jersey Shore fans because Pauly D was sued over a 2009 altercation that took place there and Sammi Giancola was in a hair-pulling fight at the bar last year.
